Legal Officer
Job Location: None | Deadline: 11 Mei 2014
Responsibility
- • Handling company's corporate issues, documentations and basic licenses
- • Direct involvement in certain corporate projects
- • Maintaining on time deliverables of legal services to both external and internal customers
- • Drafting and reviewing business contracts
Requirement
- • Bachelor Degree in Law
- • Male or Female , maximum Age 28 years old
- • Minimum 2 year experience as Legal Officer
- • Good command in English both oral and written
- • Good understanding of any aspects of Indonesia law
- • Sufficient understanding of business law and compliance
- • Attend to details and have strong skills in legal documentation and legal research
- • Computer literate with excellent skills of Microsoft Office
